Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the UAE Privilege Card ("Card") and related services provided by UAE Privilege Card LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing, activating, or using the UAE Privilege Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Card.

1. Membership

  1. Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years and above.
  2. The UAE Privilege Card is personal and non-transferable. Only the registered cardholder may use the Card.
  3. Membership is valid for the period specified at the time of purchase (typically one year from activation).
  4. The Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual without providing a reason.

2. Card Usage

  1. The Card must be presented before making a purchase or booking a service at participating establishments to receive the applicable discount or benefit.
  2. Discounts and benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of each participating establishment.
  3. The Card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated by the participating establishment.
  4. The Company is not responsible for any refusal by a participating establishment to honor the Card or provide the advertised discount.

3. Membership Plans and Fees

  1. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
  2. Membership plans and fees are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to members and will apply at the time of renewal.
  3. Members may upgrade their membership plan at any time by paying the difference between their current plan and the upgraded plan.

4. Partner Establishments

  1. The Company reserves the right to add or remove partner establishments at any time without prior notice.
  2. Discounts and benefits offered by partner establishments may change without prior notice.
  3. The Company is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided by partner establishments.

5. Digital and Physical Cards

  1. Digital cards are typically activated within 24 hours of application approval.
  2. Physical cards are typically delivered within 3-5 business days within the UAE.
  3. Lost or stolen physical cards can be replaced for a fee of AED 50.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. By using the Card, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

  1. The Company reserves the right to terminate any membership if the member violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
  2. Upon termination, the Card must be returned to the Company if requested.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for the membership.
  2. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Modifications to Terms

  1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  2. Modified Terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
  3. Continued use of the Card after modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
