Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to the UAE Privilege Card ("Card") membership purchased from UAE Privilege Card LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing a UAE Privilege Card membership, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Cooling-Off Period

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which you may cancel your membership and request a full refund if you have not activated or used your Card.

To request a refund during the cooling-off period, please contact our customer service team with your order details at refunds@uaecard.org or call +971 4 123 4567.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  1. During the cooling-off period: Full refund if the Card has not been activated or used.
  2. Technical issues: If you experience persistent technical issues with the digital card that prevent its use, and our technical team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe.
  3. Service not as described: If the Card benefits are substantially different from what was advertised at the time of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  1. After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired.
  2. If the Card has been activated or used, even within the cooling-off period.
  3. If you change your mind about the membership after the cooling-off period.
  4. If you are unable to use the Card due to personal circumstances.
  5. If partner establishments change or are removed from the program.
  6. If you have violated the Terms and Conditions of the Card.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at refunds@uaecard.org or call +971 4 123 4567.
  2. Provide your full name, email address, and order number.
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request.
  4. If applicable, provide evidence to support your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds for unused portions of annual memberships. This is at the sole discretion of the Company and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note that cancellation of your membership does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Cancellation simply means that your membership will not auto-renew at the end of the current term.

7. Promotional or Discounted Memberships

Memberships purchased at promotional or discounted rates may have different refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

8. Gift Memberships

Refunds for gift memberships can only be issued to the original purchaser, not to the recipient of the gift.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
